Silvana Baluwala
I am a motivated yoga instructor and disciplined practitioner who believes in the principles of Non Duality. Since childhood learning asanas, pranayamas, anatomy and technique on the physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual body.
Ten Years of experience in teaching vinyasa yoga, leading on-site relaxation and detox workshops that utilized yogic breath techniques.
